UniFi cameras, license-plate gate entry and networks for Clermont’s HOAs, golf communities and businesses — installed by a team based ten minutes up the road in Minneola.
Clermont is our backyard. Our shop sits in Minneola, just north of town, which means a Clermont service call is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem — and it is why so much of our HOA work happens in the rolling-hills communities between Highway 27 and Lake Minneola.
Clermont has an unusual concentration of large, amenity-heavy gated communities — active-adult neighborhoods like Kings Ridge, Summit Greens, Heritage Hills and Esplanade at Highland Ranch, plus golf and lakefront communities such as Bella Collina and The Canyons at Highland Ranch. Several were built out fifteen or twenty years ago, and the gate hardware shows it.
That creates a specific pattern we see constantly here: a community with two or three entrances, a resident roster that has turned over several times, and a pile of clickers nobody can fully account for. The fix is rarely a new gate. It is usually a modern access layer — license-plate recognition on the resident lane, mobile or card entry as a backup, and an intercom for guests — bolted onto the operator you already own.
Gate work is not a ship-it-and-forget-it product. Plates get misread in heavy rain, a resident moves and needs removing from the system, a storm takes out the loop detector on the exit lane. When your installer is in the next town, those become same-week problems instead of month-long tickets.
We also know the terrain. Clermont’s hills and mature oaks cause real-world problems for wireless links and camera sightlines that a spec sheet will never warn you about — we plan around them during the walkthrough instead of discovering them on install day.
It is not only HOAs. We cover the restaurants, medical offices, retail and warehouse space along Highway 27 and East Highway 50 with the same UniFi platform — cameras that record locally with no monthly fee, business-grade WiFi, structured cabling and managed IT under one roof.
We are based at 604 US Hwy 27 Suite 5 in Minneola, directly north of Clermont. It is one of our core service areas and typically a ten to fifteen minute drive.
Almost never. In most Clermont communities we integrate the existing operators and add the access layer on top โ hub, readers and an LPR camera per lane โ so the three gates behave as one system with a single resident list.
Yes, and this is exactly why we do not push app-only systems. License-plate recognition means most residents never touch anything at all โ they just drive in. Cards and fobs remain available for anyone who prefers them.
No. UniFi Protect records locally, so after the one-time hardware and installation cost you own the system outright. Optional managed-maintenance plans are available if your board prefers hands-off upkeep.
Yes. We regularly walk boards and property managers through options, phasing and budget in plain English. The on-site walkthrough and proposal are free.

We’ll assess your gates, cameras and network and show your board exactly what a UniFi upgrade looks like — phased to your budget, no obligation.
